Plain-language summary: you keep responsibility for the content you submit and how you use AI outputs. Pixtor gives you tools, model access, storage, and organization, but AI results can be inaccurate or non-unique. Paid plans and credits follow the pricing shown before purchase or generation. Do not use the Service to break the law, harm people, or violate their rights.

1. Agreement to these Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and the operator of Pixtor AI (“Pixtor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and govern the Pixtor website, web application, API, command-line tools, MCP integrations, and related services (the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, creating an account, or purchasing a plan or credits, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use Pixtor for an organization, you represent that you may bind that organization, and “you” includes it.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 and old enough to enter a binding contract where you live. If you are under the age of legal majority, a parent or guardian must approve your use. The Service is not available to anyone barred from receiving it under applicable law.

You must provide accurate account information, maintain the confidentiality of credentials, and promptly notify us of unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by our failure to use reasonable security. You may not share an individual account in a way that bypasses plan limits or impersonate another person or organization.

3. The Service

Pixtor provides a creative workspace that can help you generate and edit images and videos, develop prompts and briefs, research links you approve, route requests to third-party AI models, organize projects and assets, and deliver outputs. Features, models, limits, and availability may change as the product and external providers evolve.

Some features are experimental, gated, or provided in beta. We may add, modify, or remove features and supported providers. We do not promise that every model, preset, integration, or output format will remain available.

4. Your inputs and content

“Content” includes prompts, files, links, brands, instructions, reference media, personal data, and other materials you submit, as well as outputs associated with your account. You retain any rights you already hold in your inputs. You must have all rights, permissions, and lawful bases needed to submit content and direct us and our providers to process it.

You grant Pixtor a limited, worldwide license to host, reproduce, transmit, transform, and display content only as reasonably needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the Service, fulfill your requests, and comply with law. This license ends when the content is deleted, except for limited backup, security, legal, and operational retention described in the Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for deciding whether content is suitable for submission to the selected provider, particularly confidential, regulated, biometric, personal, or commercially sensitive information.

5. AI outputs and ownership

Subject to applicable law, provider terms, and third-party rights, Pixtor does not claim ownership of outputs generated specifically for your account. Laws concerning ownership and copyright of AI-generated material differ and continue to evolve, so we cannot guarantee that an output is protectable, exclusive, or free from third-party claims.

AI systems may produce inaccurate, unexpected, offensive, or similar results for different users. You must review outputs before publication or use, including faces, facts, text, trademarks, likenesses, medical or financial claims, and rights clearances. You may not represent synthetic media as authentic where doing so would deceive or cause harm.

6. Third-party models and services

Pixtor connects to independent AI model providers, payment processors, infrastructure providers, and other services. Their terms, privacy policies, content restrictions, service levels, and usage limits may apply to your request. Pixtor does not control those services and is not responsible for their acts, outputs, outages, policy changes, data practices, or pricing changes.

Model names and marks belong to their owners. Identifying a supported model does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation.

7. Subscriptions, charges, and credits

Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions renew automatically for the billing period shown at checkout until canceled. You authorize our payment processor to charge the applicable price, taxes, and disclosed fees. You can cancel through available billing controls; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period unless law requires otherwise.

Credits

Credits are units for consuming the Service, have no cash value, cannot be transferred outside permitted workspace features, and are not a bank account or stored-value product. The number of credits required depends on the selected model, mode, duration, resolution, output count, provider route, and other settings. The quote shown immediately before generation governs that request.

Monthly plan credits, top-up credits, promotional credits, rollover, expiration, refunds, and plan changes are governed by the offer details presented at purchase and applicable law. Failed jobs may be refunded or restored according to the failure state recorded by the Service. We may correct balances affected by errors, reversals, fraud, chargebacks, or abuse, with records of the adjustment.

Refunds and price changes

Except where law requires otherwise or an offer says differently, completed charges and consumed credits are non-refundable. We may change future pricing or credit rates with notice appropriate to the change. Changes do not retroactively increase the quote you approved for a completed request.

8. Bring-your-own-key workflows

If you connect your own provider API key, you authorize Pixtor to use it only to perform your requested operations. The external provider charges its fees to your provider account. Pixtor may separately charge a disclosed workspace fee for orchestration, storage, history, and delivery.

You are responsible for the provider account, key permissions, provider terms, spending limits, usage charges, and activity authorized through your Pixtor account. Do not submit keys you are not allowed to use. Delete or rotate a key immediately if you suspect compromise.

9. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

  • Violate law, sanctions, export restrictions, or the rights of others.
  • Create, solicit, or distribute child sexual abuse material or sexual content involving minors.
  • Exploit, stalk, threaten, harass, defame, or facilitate violence or non-consensual intimate content.
  • Impersonate others, create deceptive deepfakes, commit fraud, manipulate civic processes, or misrepresent synthetic media in a harmful way.
  • Infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, biometric, contractual, or other rights.
  • Generate or process unlawful sensitive data, malware, credential theft, abusive surveillance, or instructions designed to cause serious harm.
  • Probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, bypass access controls, evade rate or credit limits, or obtain another user’s content, credentials, plan, or credits.
  • Resell, sublicense, or automate access except through a plan or written permission that allows it.

We may investigate suspected violations and remove content, limit a feature, suspend access, preserve evidence, or report conduct when reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, or service integrity.

10. Pixtor intellectual property

Pixtor and its licensors own the Service, software, interface, branding, templates, documentation, compilation, and associated intellectual property, excluding your content and third-party model technology. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

Feedback may be used without restriction or compensation, provided we do not publicly identify you as its source without permission.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Pixtor and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created security or legal risk, failed to pay, abused the Service, or when continued service is no longer commercially or technically feasible.

Where practical and lawful, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. Provisions that by nature should survive—including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms—continue after termination.

12. Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE AND ALL OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” PIXTOR DISCLAIMS EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, AND THAT OUTPUTS WILL BE UNIQUE, LEGALLY PROTECTABLE, OR SUITABLE FOR PUBLICATION.

Pixtor is a creative tool and does not provide legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. You remain responsible for human review and decisions based on outputs.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pixtor and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunity, provider charges, or the cost of substitute services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pixtor’s total liability arising from the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid Pixtor in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or (b) US $100. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

14. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pixtor and its affiliates, personnel, and providers from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your content, your use of outputs, your violation of these Terms or law, or your infringement of another person’s rights. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by Pixtor’s own unlawful conduct.

15. Disputes and governing law

Before filing a formal claim, you and Pixtor agree to try in good faith to resolve the dispute by written notice and 30 days of informal discussion. Notices must describe the issue and requested resolution.

Unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise, disputes will be handled individually—not as a class or representative action—in a court with lawful jurisdiction over Pixtor’s principal place of business. The governing law is the law applicable to Pixtor’s operating entity, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights or either party’s ability to seek urgent injunctive relief.

16. General terms

These Terms and incorporated policies are the entire agreement concerning the Service. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the rest remains effective. A failure to enforce a term is not a waiver. You may not assign this agreement without our consent; we may assign it as part of a reorganization, financing, merger, acquisition, or sale.

We may update these Terms to reflect product, provider, legal, or security changes. We will post a new effective date and provide additional notice when required. Material changes apply prospectively. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

17. Contact us
